  You must carry your puppy to the vet within 3 business days from the purchase date.  NO VET CHECK MEANS PUPPY IS SOLD AS IS WITH NO HEALTH WARRANTY.  Please keep a copy of this dated vet visit receipt.  If the puppy is found to have a LIFE THREATENING illness or disorder, the puppy must be returned to us within 2 business days, along with a conclusive report from the vet.  The puppy will then be refunded or replaced with another puppy of the same sex and breed upon availability.  This is breeder's choice, not purchaser's.  THIS CONTRACT DOES NOT COVER PARASITES, INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL, OR BORDETELLA STRAINS.  None of our animals have tested positive for any Bordetella strains.  Your puppy has received Hartz Ultraguard Plus Rid Worm Liquid.  Please follow up with at least two more doses, this is available at any pet store for around $4.00.

  This contract DOES NOT COVER PARVO, DISTEMPER, BORDETELLA OR HYPOGLYCEMIA.  Your puppy has already received one puppy vaccine for Canine distemper, Adenovirus type2, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus.  You must follow up with a 2nd booster vaccine between 12-16 weeks of age.  A rabies vaccine is in order any time after 13 weeks of age.  Testing for heartworm AFTER 26 weeks of age is recommended.  It may be missed if tested earlier.

  We give a 1 year guarantee on life threatening genetic defects.  If, during the first year, any life threatening genetic abnormality is found, excluding parasites, purchaser agrees to return puppy to breeder (accompanied by a conclusive letter from your vet) to refund or exchange for another pup of equal value.  This is breeder's choice, not purchaser's.  This starts from the day you take your puppy home.  In the event that your pup dies within the first year, if it is determined that a birth defect was the cause of death,  you may select another puppy of the same value from our stock.  This puppy is sold strictly as pet quality.  To date, I have never had a puppy returned for these or any other reasons.

  We give a lifetime return policy.  If, for any reason which you do not need to reveal, you no longer wish to car for your dog, you may return it to us at no cost.  However, none of your expenses or vet bills will be reimbursed, nor will you receive any refunds from the breeder.  We love all the dogs we have broguht into this world and never want any of them to go unwanted, neglected or to a pound.
