About Our Miniature Poodles  

  Our Poodles range in size from 10-12" tall at the shoulders.  Occasionally, we get a Poodle that is a little smaller and sometimes a little bigger.  But this cannot be guaranteed.  Anything less than 11" is considered a Toy size.  Our Poodles range in weight from 6-11 lbs.  Price range is $350 - 450. 

About Our Poochons

  Poochons are a combination of Miniature Poodle and Bichon Frise.  They are also known as Bich-Poos.  All our Poochons have a combination of white and champagne color of varying degrees and patterns.  The Poochons will have black or brown eyes and black or speckled noses.  Their personality traits will be a combination of the Bichon Frise and Poodle personalities listed below.  Our Poochons range in size from 11 - 13" tall at the shoulders.  They weigh between 8-13 lbs.  Price range is $350 - 450.  

 About Our Malti-Poos 

 
  Malti-Poos, or Malt-A-Poos, are a combination of Maltese and Miniature Poodle.  Our Malti-Poos will have a combination of apricot and/or white coats.  They will have brown/black eyes, noses and foot pads.  Our Malti-poos range in size from 6-11 lbs. and are 10-11" tall.  Price range is $450 - 550.

About the Miniature Poodle breed

  Poodles are known to be one of the most elegant, intelligent and trainable of all breeds.  They are cheerful, sensitive, highly trainable dogs.   They are pretty in-active indoors and happy to just sleep by you, but do enjoy being active outdoors.  Poodles love to learn and perform tricks. They love to play in water!  They are water retreivers.  They enjoy a daily walk.  The Poodle's sensitive trait means they can become a nervous dog if not properly trained and loved.  They must be trained and treated with love and gentle praise always.  A heavy, stern hand and attitude is detrimental to it's emotional health.  Poodles have non-shedding, low dander coats. They must be groomed and bathed monthly, ear hair must be pulled out to prevent ear infections.  They are prone to runny eyes.  Poodle breeds are determined by size, not weight.  Toy poodles are under 10" tall at the shoulders.  Miniature Poodles are 11 - 15" tall at the shoulders.  Life span is 12-15 years.

About the Bichon Frise breed

  The Bichon Frise is a short, fluffy, white dog of Mediterranean descent.  They can have champagne color around the ears and body.  It has black or brown eyes, nose and lips.  It is an independent, sociable, intelligent, affectionate, lively little dog that loves human company.  They have a happy temperament and are easy to train. Bichons require a daily walk.  They are happiest when part of a family, they crave human affection.  Bichons must be trained with love and praise; a heavy, stern hand and attitude is detrimental to it's training and emotional happiness.  Their sociable trait makes them fine with other dogs, animals and children.  Bichons have a non-shedding, low dander coat.  They must be groomed and bathed monthly.  They are prone to runny eyes and ear problems.  They are 9 - 12" tall at the shoulders and 7 - 12 lbs.  Life span is 15+ years.

About the Maltese breed

  The Maltese has white or ivory colored silky hair. The body is compact and sturdy, slightly longer than it is tall.  The eyes are black, large and round with a dark rim, or 'halo'.  The Maltese is spirited, lively, playful and very intelligent.  They love to learn tricks.  They love to play outdoors and in water.  The Maltese is a loving companion dog.  They are prone to eye and teeth issues and can get chilled easily.  Sweaters are not only cute, but recommended for this breed!  Keep them out of damp conditions.  Maltese must be trained with love and praise.    A heavy, stern hand can be detrimental to it's training and emotional happiness.  They enjoy a daily walk.  Maltese get along with other pets and dogs too.  They have a non-shedding, low dander coat.  It must be groomed and bathed at least monthly.  Height 8-10", weight 6-9 lbs.  Life span is 15+ years.
