The Mommas
Shammy is our wonderful, sweet heart of a Momma. She is my daughter Shelby's dog, but has a special place in all our hearts. None of us can resist her charm and affections! She is our Diva dog. Shammy demands hugs and treats and loves to be cuddled. She is very soft and mushy, so we all comply to her wishes. She has boundless energy and keeps all our dogs playful and young. Shammy is a Bichon Frise/Miniature Poodle mix. Although the most popular name is Bich-poo hybrid, we prefer to
call her and her Pups "Poochons". She is 12" tall at the withers and weighs 12 lbs. Shammy has an incredibly soft, cottony, curly coat that is mostly white with a faint champagne color shading her ears and running down her back. Check out her Diva hair flip, her hair is always in her eyes! She has beautiful small brown eyes and a brown nose. Shammy is an attentive Mother and loves playing with her babies.
The Pappas
Dogzilla is our strong, sturdy, faithful Father. He is my son DeArmond's dog, and Dogzilla is fiercely loyal and protective of him. He will never hurt a hair on DeArmond's head, even when DeArmond is playing pretty rough! Dogzilla, or Zilla as we call him, is a lover and a protector. He enjoys all our dogs, his kids, and our family, but not when he is with DeArmond! If he is sleeping with DeArmond, then no one can touch him! We love him dearly and respect his need to watch over his Boy. Dogzilla is a pure white powder-puff Miniature Poodle/Bichon Frise mix. He is 11" tall at the withers and weighs 11 lbs. He has beautiful dark brown/black eyes, a solid black nose, black lips, and black patches on his foot pads. The rest of him is pure white! Dogzilla's coat is curly and soft and feels more like hair than fur. DeArmond insists on keeping his coat cut short and in a Mohawk style, from the top of his head, down his back to his tail! Very manly. One summer we dyed him blue! Very clownish (hee hee). It was a great laugh, and he didn't mind at all. I must say, Zilla is the easiest going, most agreeable of all our dogs. He is a joy to groom and never fusses. He tolerates his babies taking food right out of his mouth too! Zilla is happy when the babies go to their new homes and he can once again eat in peace.
Dogzilla and Shammy have made some of the most gorgeous, happy little babies. I do enjoy their pairing. Please check out the "Watch Puppy Grow" pages to see their grown Pups.
I am considering getting a Stud for Cassie for late 2010. I will only breed her to non-shedding, personality, and health enhancing/compatible breeds. If any of you are interested in one of these hybrids, shoot me a quick note on the Contact Us page, I'd love to hear your opinions! Cassie will breed again in spring 2010. Thanks a bunch.
